No come\u00e7o era habitada por \u00edndios Tamoios, muitas invas\u00f5es e ocupa\u00e7\u00f5es aconteceram ao longo do tempo, com holandeses, franceses e, claro, portugueses morando na regi\u00e3o. Todos deixaram suas marcas. <\/p>\n<p>Os chefs e cozinheiros da cidade foram desafiados este ano a preparar pratos que mostrem um pouco dessas marcas. Na edi\u00e7\u00e3o do ano passado, mais de 40 mil pratos foram vendidos durante o per\u00edodo de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do festival que j\u00e1 entrou no calend\u00e1rio do munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n<p>A expectativa dos organizadores para este ano \u00e9 que mais de 60 restaurantes de Cabo Frio participem servindo receitas exclusivas para o evento a pre\u00e7os acess\u00edveis em vers\u00f5es pequenas de seus pratos, com valor a partir de R$ R$15,00. R$ 22 prato principal, R$ 17 entrada ou petisco e R$ 15 sobremesa.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o j\u00e1 tradicional Espa\u00e7o Gourmet ser\u00e1 montado no Shopping Park Lagos, onde chefs dos estabelecimentos participantes e convidados se apresentar\u00e3o e haver\u00e1 degusta\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos e servi\u00e7os de patrocinadores. Uma novidade da edi\u00e7\u00e3o de 2018 \u00e9 que o p\u00fablico tamb\u00e9m vai poder participar da vota\u00e7\u00e3o para eleger os melhores pratos.<\/p>\n<p>O 4\u00ba Festival Sabores de Cabo Frio \u00e9 uma realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do Cabo Frio Convention &#038;
