E a festa, que em 2019 ser\u00e1 inspirada na Bossa Nova, reunir\u00e1 mais de 60 estabelecimentos que capricharam na cria\u00e7\u00e3o de pratos exclusivos a partir do tema \u201cCores, Sons e Sabores\u201d.  <\/p>\n<p>As del\u00edcias ficar\u00e3o em cartaz nos estabelecimentos participantes durante todo o festival e ser\u00e3o servidas de acordo com o hor\u00e1rio de funcionamento das casas. Uma revista com informa\u00e7\u00f5es como o descritivo dos pratos, endere\u00e7os e hor\u00e1rios de funcionamento dos estabelecimentos ser\u00e1 distribu\u00edda nos restaurantes e hot\u00e9is. A publica\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m poder\u00e1 ser baixada no celular, atrav\u00e9s de um QR Code.<\/p>\n<p>Para que todos possam saborear os mais variados pratos, o festival segue o exemplo das edi\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores, com receitas apresentadas em vers\u00f5es \u00b4petit\u00b4 (de at\u00e9 200 gramas), a pre\u00e7os acess\u00edveis. As entradas e os petiscos custam R$ 18; os pratos principais, R$ 24; e as sobremesas, R$ 15. <\/p>\n<p>Entre as cria\u00e7\u00f5es, est\u00e1 o petisco \u201cO Grande Encontro\u201d, do Paiol S\u00e3o Benedito, que re\u00fane bolinhos de feijoada recheado com bacon e couve, de ab\u00f3bora recheado com carne seca e de vaca atolada recheado com costela e agri\u00e3o. J\u00e1 na categoria prato principal, destacam-se op\u00e7\u00f5es como \u201cDias de sol, festa de luz!\u201d, do Cereall Gourmet, que traz curry de legumes e especiarias ex\u00f3ticas com arroz jasmine; e \u201cQuarteto Afinado de Jo\u00e3o Gilberto\u201d, do Picolino: ragu de pato com laranja e shitake sobre polenta cremosa.<br \/>\nE ainda tem as sobremesas, como \u201cNosso Barquinho\u201d, uma torta vegana e sem gl\u00faten de cacau com chantilly de lim\u00e3o, geleia de frutas vermelhas e cookie de am\u00eandoas com chocolate belga, acompanhada de mini shake de sorvete azul, do Veg Visk; e \u201cSobre Tom\u201d, uma ta\u00e7a trufada de chocolate, doce de leite e pralin\u00e9 de am\u00eandoas, finalizada com creme e um leve toque de caf\u00e9, da Brigaderia da Vov\u00f3. A expectativa \u00e9 de que o movimento seja ainda maior que o da \u00faltima edi\u00e7\u00e3o, quando foram vendidas mais de 40 mil por\u00e7\u00f5es.  <\/p>\n<p>A proposta do Sabores \u00e9 apresentar a cidade durante a melhor temporada, fora do ver\u00e3o. E desta forma divulgar a qualidade e a variedade da gastronomia de Cabo Frio, assim como seus bons servi\u00e7os, al\u00e9m de movimentar a economia. Feito em parceria com a rede hoteleira para incrementar o turismo, o festival tem se consolidado como um dos principais produtos tur\u00edsticos do interior do estado.<\/p>\n<p>E para atrair ainda mais visitantes, o Sabores estar\u00e1 presente no Sal\u00e3o do Turismo, que acontece no Rio de Janeiro, entre os dias 22 e 25 de agosto. O sal\u00e3o ser\u00e1 montado dentro da nona edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Rio Gastronomia, concorrido evento que movimenta o P\u00eder Mau\u00e1 de 16 a 18 e de 22 a 25 de agosto.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 40px;\">Bossa Nova<\/h2>\n<p>O tema do Sabores 2019 vem no embalo de \u201cO Barquinho\u201d, m\u00fasica de Roberto Menescal e Ronaldo B\u00f4scoli, de 1961, inspirada em um passeio de barco feito pela dupla no mar de Cabo Frio.<\/p>\n<p>Para homenagear os poetas da Bossa Nova, o festival ir\u00e1 se juntar ao Boulevard Bo\u00eamio, evento musical rec\u00e9m-lan\u00e7ado no Boulevard Canal. Na noite de abertura, 6 de setembro, o repert\u00f3rio dos artistas que subirem ao palco estar\u00e1 repleto das buc\u00f3licas can\u00e7\u00f5es que marcaram a Bossa Nova.<\/p>\n<p>O Festival Sabores de Cabo Frio \u00e9 uma realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Hot\u00e9is de Cabo Frio, Cabo Frio Convention &#038;
